SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to addresses across the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of
payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with
tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 5–12 days from the date of your order.
Remote and rural addresses may take a little longer.

Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weather,
public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for
more than 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

WRONG ADDRESS
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will
contact you to arrange redelivery.
