Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your
order arrives to contact us at support@betterbuy.today.

IF THE FIT ISN'T RIGHT
Email us within 30 days with the two measurements taken 6 inches above
and 6 inches below the centre of your kneecap. We will refund you in
full and you do not need to send the brace back. Pass it on to someone
it fits.

IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR WRONG
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away with a
photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you
prefer.

CHANGED YOUR MIND
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in
its original packaging. We will send return instructions. Once we
receive it we will refund you in full.

SALE ITEMS
Items bought on sale are covered by this policy in the same way as any
other item.

REFUNDS
Once your refund is approved we return the money to your original
payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few
further days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed
since approval, email support@betterbuy.today.

EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is shipped into the EU you may cancel or return it
within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification, in
its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
